What happens when we go deeper in our personal journeys? Does it help to have eastern and western concepts of self discovery made paramount to leadership? Can we change people's leadership journey at scale or does it need smaller people sessions only?

Personal Excellence Academy is a self discovery and advanced leadership program aimed for accelerated transformation at scale. With 500 people in a session, we created one of the world's largest academy that took all participants into a 6 months, intermittent 4 days program, layering the knowledge of self and the tenets of leadership. The results were astonishing. Acclaimed internationally for its innovative approach to leadership at scale and the measurable transformations produced, PE won many awards internationally. At Personal Excellence Academy , we measured every participants across 120 behaviours. Our background in technology and deep data analysis, helped us design the program as well as measure the program, in a manner that put the participant progress, journey and self experience at the centre of the program. This helped ensure the fundamentals of personal excellence and holistic health of the participants was addressed and anchored in, before tying with business and future needs of the organisation. Aligning fulfilment and achievement, for best results, and giving participants a worthy goal to channel their new energised selves to.

What kind of success can one expect from a Personal Excellence program ? How good can it be ? Ultimately, it was just another talent development initiative with a bunch of trainers thrown it? What best can be expected? BTW how long did the learnings sustain?

Every single person transformed on some parameter or the other. Initially many used the learnings to address their personal life, happily giving into those relationships that mattered before anything else. Soon, in 3 months, they wanted to change their ecosystem too, eagerly looking for improvements and energised conversations around what could be done better with clients, processes and people. Business verticals that allowed the new leaders to rise and questions paradigms, saw the best results.

Once the program met its goal of showing a paradigm shift in results compared to the traditional leadership models, the program team decided to detach from the parent organisation and make its model available to organisations across the rest of the globe as well.
All throughout those 4 years, people blossomed and continued to show growth. They are still connected and part of the PE Academy team.
